I'm sorry but Advisor is a useless toy that doesn't make sense at the moment. Maybe someday in the future but right now it's a waste of time. Integrated Architecture Builder is a real helper and it's a wonder that the flagship 5590 is not in the "IAB". It would do more work than a thousand presentations. ...

Thank you for answer, but I don't understand why the presentation says "A controller will include up to it's total standard memory, 12MB maximum available as safety memory" and why Proposal only says 2MB. When it's 2MB + 2MB. In other words, why is there 3MB of standard memory and 1.5MBSafety in ProposalWorks ...

It is a known fact that Rockwell sometimes does not recognize its catalog numbers. However, in your case it is a bug in the "configurator". It is the same algorithm as in ProposalWorks and there is a bug there too. As an interesting example, I am adding an another example of how the Rockwell portal ...

I keep reading about how AI will change everything and create application programs instead of human programmers. A good and complete catalog software with a precise description of the catalog numbers would be enough for me. How can I believe in AI when I can't find the item 9702M-OPXUPL2XLRT131 in the ...

I am sorry for my note but are you sure that AMIR has "TechConnect" access to KnowledgeBase ? Wouldn't be better to show the page in user manual ? The manual has free access. https://literature.rockwellautomation.com/idc/groups/literature/documents/um/viewme-um004_-en-e.pdf page 103/471

Just quick note why somebody doesn't use FBD too. You can not use indirect addressing in RSLogix/Studio 5000 Function Block programming language. This is not supported.Interesting thing is that CCW supports indirect addressing in FBD.

Yes I know this link but it is a patch solution or should I say temporary solution. There is no overview catalog software with a clear interpretation of catalog numbers. In addition, in the link to the knowledge base, they only write about FactoryTalk View, so in this case it is only very partially applicable, ...
