Govind, No, rehosting did not work for me. I got a message that the serial number had already been rehosted. Something evidently didn't work properly because it is still in the list of activations. ------------------------------ rta53 ------------------------------

Philip, I have asked this before in a separate thread but never got a good answer. How do you delete expired activations? In the past all we had to do was go the the activations folder and delete the lic file and all was good. Now there is no file to delete, at least I can't find one, since Rockwell ...

EDIT: linkified for convenience -FL Check out Knowledge Base article BF12727. One of our customers had the same issue. I believe we ended up deleting the .rnl files as shown in article BF12152. ------------------------------ rta53 ------------------------------

Does anyone know how to remove expired activations that use the CodeMeter service? With the old style licensing you simply went to the activations folder and deleted the expired LIC file. See attached screen shot. ------------------------------ rta53 ------------------------------

I've done this when I copied an existing screen into a new project and needed to change the short cut. Thanks for the info. What I was referring to was that for some reason FT Activation Tool did not get installed when I installed FTView. I went back and looked in the install guide and saw that I could install it manually, which I did. Thanks again for your help. ##HL101

Thanks. I had seen that technote a couple of days ago and thought it was just referring to the performance monitor in the task manager. I have set up a monitor log for FT. Will see what happens. Hopefully this will help. ##HL101
