Govind, No, rehosting did not work for me. I got a message that the serial number had already been rehosted. Something evidently didn't work properly because it is still in the list of activations. ------------------------------ rta53 ------------------------------

In the past all we had to do was go the the activations folder and delete the lic file and all was good. Now there is no file to delete, at least I can't find one, since Rockwell ...

EDIT: linkified for convenience -FL Check out Knowledge Base article BF12727. One of our customers had the same issue. I believe we ended up deleting the .rnl files as shown in article BF12152. ------------------------------ rta53 ------------------------------

Does anyone know how to remove expired activations that use the CodeMeter service? With the old style licensing you simply went to the activations folder and deleted the expired LIC file. See attached screen shot. ------------------------------ rta53 ------------------------------

Thanks for the info. What I was referring to was that for some reason FT Activation Tool did not get installed when I installed FTView. I went back and looked in the install guide and saw that I could install it manually, which I did. Thanks again for your help. ##HL101
